If I'm about to place an order that requires next day delivery, don't tell me 'Yes this order will be with you tomorrow' and then wait until tomorrow to ship the order.
This is my hard earned cash I'm handing to you.
The least I can expect is that you will do what you say you will do, ie dispatch on the same day as I pay you.
No excuse.

    Called them yesterday am, was told unequivocally, if I placed the order immediately that, no problem, items would be with me today.
    Now today, I'm told the items wont be here until monday.
    I always assume that to mean tuesday.
    Speaking with their customer services earlier, I'm told that orders eligible for next day delivery must be placed before 3pm.
    Mine went in at 12:43.
    I'm also told that CRC doesn't GUARANTEE next day delivery.
    So 'YES' actually means 'MAYBE, MAYBE NOT'.
    It's not a mail issue, it's a CRC issue.
    The items were simply not shipped the same day.
    In other words, not shipped the day I was told they'd be shipped.
    I placed the order on that basis.
    Annoying, considering items I needed for the weekend won't now be here, and are available elsewhere cheaper.

    Seems a bit crap saying stuff will be sent if ordered before 3 then not sending it, but everyone cocks up now and again. Why wait until the last minute then buy online though? If I needed stuff last minute I'd got to the LBS....

    This is where I cut my losses and just buy things from shops, and accept the difference. At least I get to go home with the hoods, internet shopping sucks!
