I'm having a riding holiday in Scotland driving up from Yorks. I'm planning on hitting Kiroughtree, Maybie, Fort bill for the lift, then Edinbrough for a night out, innerleithan/glentress...

But I'm tempting putting extra milleage in to do a ride in Skye. Is it gonna be worth the effort?

Think the last issue of MBR had a Skye route in it. There was a right big feature on Skye about a year ago in I think Singletrack. Tis a fantastic place, haven't been there in 20 years though (God I feel old).
It's easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission.

    I've bought a new bike....ouch - result
    Can I buy a new bike?...No - no result
