hi every one
is there any real difference or advantages between stems with 4 bolts or 2 bolts on the face plate in a xc bike?

    from the info provided No.

    some 4 bolt are poor some 2 bolt are poor as can be some 3 or 1 bolt stems.

    likewise some can be very good.
