Wheel Dilema

I have an 2010 Allez Elite with a rear wheel that has been rebuilt once and keeps getting loose spokes, it's also quite noisey and sounds like the bearings have failed. The bike is 3 months old and has done 1000 miles.
I'm sure the shop would take it back and try to resolve the prob, but it's got to the point it's doing my head in. The bike creaks all over the place and the wheel noise is the final thing.
I also have a Quintana Roo with Alex Rims 220s, and unfortunately this has a 10 speed cassette so isn't a straight swap.
So my options are, I buy some Mavic Askiums, or Planet X replacements for the Allez. I put the money towards something more aero for the TT bike and put the Alex Rims on the ALlez, or I get the shop to sort the wheel out again?
...I have a terrible feeling I have caused this though. I was cleaning my motocross bike the other day with a jet wash, and thought it a good idea to do the bike too. I was carefull not to spray directly in the area that have bearings.......but I can't help think this has caused it.

Get the shop to sort the Allez wheels first. If you then still want to change wheels round afterwards, make that a separate decision.
Don't mention the powerwash - irrelevant to the loose spokes and very unlikely it's caused the hub bearing problem. Mention the creaks to the shop as well - it's probably easily sorted and they can tell you what to look for if it starts again.0
