I need to some advice. I am think of joining the cycle to work scheme through work and am I looking for a good bike to use to commute to work and on occasions going off road. My buget will be about £400 to £600. Mainly traveling on tar mac however, able to cope with the occasions travel off road with my sons.

Any help would be fantastic...
