Afan routes on google maps
Hi guys 2 things I can't seem to find the answer for when using google 
1) Is there anywhere I can find the Afan routes (specfically Whites and Skyline) together on the same satalite map?
and
2) on the climb up whites, there is a yellow short cut post, a shout cut to where? the top or back down the bit of skyline decent you pass?

1) Prob a long work around BUT this could work.... go to Just Go Ride website, find the GPX files for said trails, then go to Bike Hike webstire and open the GPX files in course creator - then chage the view open to satalite and voila, job done

You can look at both on the same map on http://www.justgoride.co.uk
Just go to one of the routes and then select the nearby routes tab to overlay. Satellite view is also supported!
The skyline descent cuts across the whites climb, so that marker will take you back to the bottom!0 -
It doesn't quite cut across the climb, you have to ride along a bit of fireroad to get to the descent, not sure if that's where the post would be signing you, seems likely.0

I should have said passes the climb. On one of the switch backs you can see the skyline descent, I believe its around a third of the way up. blink and you'd miss it, its not immediately obvious. Can't say I've ever chosen to cut across and do it.. I enjoy that climb too much! 0 -
