Anti pollution masks, hell on earth?

I have to wear P3 masks at work, and pretty horrible, sweaty and moisture builds up. I cannot imagine how horrible wearing something similar as a anti-pollution mask whilst doing exercise. Maybe if I lived in Rio De Janeiro or another smog ridden city. Luckily I don't.
