In the market for new front and rear mech

I am currently running 14/27 at the rear and 49/34 at the front. The cassette is seven speed but am upgrading to a 9 speed. What is the cheapest rear and front mech that will be compatible with a 9 speed Tiagra cassette with 14/25 gearing

Chances are both of your existing mechs will work fine. Just the shifters need changing - why do you want to change the mech?
