Changing wheels & swapping cassette

Hi, I was lucky enpough to get a couple of spare pairs of wheels when I bought my currrent ride 2nd hand (cosmics & tubular heliums). I've currently riding Open Pro 105's on the daily commute but am heading out this weekend so though it would be nice to use the Cosmics.
When I change the rear wheel I'l have to put on the current cassette I am using as I have no other. Is it wise to get another casette to save me doing this - what do others do? If I use the current cassette on the other wheels will I have to tinker with the gears after changing - tinkering is not my bag and I am bound to screw things up!! Thanks for your help.

If you can fork out on another cassette, it will save time for sure.
Same make of cassette, maybe different ratios if you want will not need any adjustment... if any then just a tweak of barrel adjuster should suffice.
Basically it is not a wheel until its got a sprocket on it..0 -
Either continue to swap cassettes between wheels - a 2 minute job with the right tools or otherwise get another cassette. The key is to keep the wear on the cassettes even, particularly if you use one pair of wheels more often. Worth swapping the cassettes around every month or so if this is the case and likewise keeping an eye on chainwear too - get yourself a chain-checker tool and suggest you replace the chain as soon as it gets to .75% wear to keep things sweet.Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0
