Let's face it, it's hardly surprising that an endurance athlete burning thousands of calories a day and under strict dietary / nutritional control has extremely low body fat levels is it? Once they stop they'll soon look like Stephen Roche or Chris Boardman. Even in my own little world I put on 4 stone in a few years after stopping cycling regularly.0
