RR Frameset Suggestion for £500 and under

I havn't placed an add on the Wanted Classifields yet, As I wanted some adice before doing so:

I recently ruined my all singing and dancing carbon frame during a RR recently and am wanting to replace it with a frameset that is quick, light and value for money, so that if the wost happens again it aint the end of the world. Being a cat 4 theres a good chance someone will take me out again. My mate trashed his Specialized S works SL3 in half a few weeks back as well. There is just no point running anything overly special to race on in my opnion at my level.

Any suggestions on new / second hand quality framesets I should be looking at would be a massive help! I will consider any material of frame, Carbon, Alu, Titanium, if it was at bargain cost.

I have been looking at a few Kinesis frames, but wondered of I were missing anything else that was out there on the marketplace???
