Hi guys,
I rode a spicy at the weekend and fell in love, feels like a really dialed bike and rides really well, and thats after riding my dawg supreme for about 18 months which I think is a really decent bike,
Seen one for £2100 (ex demo bike with less than 50miles on the wheels), I was just wandering what you reckon my Dawg supreme would go for if I sold it, I would hope for about £1200 would this be unreasonable? Its a 2008 dawg supreme with spec:
- Hope Bottom bracket
- RaceFace Deus chainset (needs new middle/outer rings, I would fit these before selling)
- Fox float RLC 140
- Fox RP23 rear shock
- Mavic crossmax ST wheels (rear wheel is 100% true, but has a tiny ding in the rim which means running tubeless could give problems, but with tubes its perfect)
- XT Brakes
- Raceface Deus bars/stem & Headset
- XTR rear mech, XT shifters, XT front mech
Bike retail price in 2008 was £2600; I bought the bike feb 2009; I've done no more than 1000 miles on the trails and its not been abused and well looked after.
