Need to decide what colour of Anodized nipples i should roll with on my new wheel set for this bike:
Problem is the new Formula brakes have gold in them where as the old brakes were red and i dont want it all clashing and looking gash!
O and the hubs, spokes and rims will all be black with red stickers on the hubs (DT240 hubs and stans crest rims).
Pathetic problem really but help needed as i want to order them asap.

seeing as you already have red trim on your bike (crank/grips/saddle)
i'd get red , saves "introducing" another colour onto the bike.
even give you the science behind the answer. 8)

Gotta be red mate, no question.0

This isn't a trivial matter at all, I am exactly the same, why shouldn't our bikes look nice as well as ride well?
Oh red by the way.0 -

Red here as well, enough red on the rest of the bike for it to suite.

Brass, alloy nipples have their place but they're a weak spot in any wheel for a pretty trivial weight loss.Uncompromising extremist0

I like red !! I have lots on mine, it matches the claret when I take a tumble !0

RED or black0

Go Brass... The bling factor just isn't worth it here....What We Achieve In Life, Echoes In Eternity0

Red for sure,
nipples make a great visual difference and over brass save a nice little amount too!
but then, i took it a little further!
