rear shock and tubeless rims

hi ive just bought a 2nd cannondale scalpel and wondered if anyone could tell me how to adjust the rear fox shock and also can i use ordinary tyres even though it has tubeless rims ?want to put schwarbe big apple road tyres on her that had on my rockhopper as doing 125 m a week and dont want a racer.many thanks
