Bulgaria has started puting things together for MTB'ers.
Borovets has just opened a new summer bike center http://sofiaecho.com/2010/06/07/913202_ ... -bike-park a huge step forward.
Bansko and Dobrinishtay are still great destination for riders of all abilities, check out www.bansko-mtb.com and www.iskartour.com (iskartour site is under repair at the mo but should be back on line soon)
Downhill in Dobrinishtay is good if unmarked so a bit of an adventure! Bansko Cross country trails are well marked and awesome! Best to visit before all the masses turn up you can still have the mountains to yourself at the moment but not long and it will get busy!

If anyone wants go to Bansko and mark the trails in the region onto this site accomodation is free!
The Hotel Avalon in Bansko is giving free B&B accomodation to anyone who is willing to ride the trails in the region and then publicise/map them onto Bike radar.0 -
