Looks OK. You could get a much better specced Quintana Roo on sale for similar though...

It's not bad, but have you searched everywhere to try to better it?

Bit of a mish mash of parts, I try to avoid Truvative and Tektro parts personally, they're usually a money saver. I second Nap D's Quintana Roo suggestion.

For a grand though there aren't many TT bikes out there, 1,400 gets you a Planet X or Quintana Roo that isn't in the sales (and, I'm sure some others). Second hand might be the best option if you're not limited to 1k by the cycle to work scheme.

i was going to get Planet X £1.399 bike but if i order it and buy it online will they send me it already made or will i have to make it myself?.. i dont really want to make up a TT bike lol.

If your road bike is 56cm, you wont want a TT frame at 56cm... I doubt, anyway...

i`ve never seen one so cannot comment but if you look at the spek it says
    "Frame Material: Carbon "
    "Frame-: Aluminium "
    so be careful
constantly reavalueating the situation and altering the perceived parameters accordingly
