I have bought some Talas off the pit a few weeks ago.
Stantions are good tried them on the bike seemed ok. I set the sag and settings as per Fox site.
I went for a trail ride last night with the kids. The seal is weeping on the left but more worring is the lock out isnt working?.
Also concerning me is that they are white with 8mm QR. Trex did a white set but 150 with thru axel. The lockout dial looks like the 150mm model with the tab over the blue slow compression ring.
Any Ideas?

Are they RLCs,
There's a blue dial on the bottom of the leg to adjust the lockout threshold, if this is wound out, then the forks won't lock out.
I don't think there's any external clues to the travel length, there's been 3 or 4 different TALA adjusters over recent years. My 140s have the lockout tab over the Compression adjuster.
But,
If they're weeping they might need servicing unless they've just been done and have been over filled with oil. Mine don't leak at all, but I strip, clean and re-oil them every month!0 -
Yes they are the RLCs someone else has confirmed its the right tab although I can turn it until it scratches the paint on either side (clockwise/anticlockwise).
I did wind the blow out adjuster all the way out then one click in. But even when I wind it all the way in it stiffens up but doesn't lock out.0
