currently use fast trak 26x2 want to change to fast track armadillo what do you think

    using fast track bcos bikes specialised and thought to keep it the same however if there are other tyres u reccomend pls let me know am 18 stone and have my tyres to 60psi and xperiencing flats

    FastTrak are for hardpack mainly - if you intend riding mainly that sort of terrain I can recommend armadillo's. If it's a bit more squishy ( for that read "wet" and / or "muddy" ) you'll want something with a bit more "bite". I'm riding The Captain at the mo. - excellent. Have had 2 x ( huge ) thorn punctures, but both times I've got home before discovering the problem - first one took over 24 hours to lose pressure ( down from 40 to about 30psi ) and the other didn't go down until I pulled the monster thorn out of the tire.
