Not bad ride time?

7 miles in 20 minutes. On a fast tourer (drops, 700x28 tyres) with quite a bit of weight in panniers (food including tins, wet clothes, change of clothes) could be quicker on the other bike.

Also 10.9 miles in 34 minutes that's on the faster road bike. :-)

    To give you an idea... if you were taking part in a 10m TT, you'd need to come in under 30min to have any hope of being competetive and then there'd be guys (and gals) clocking in at low 20s.

    Pretty meaningless TBH as you don't mention terrain, was it in was direction with a tailwind etc. etc. around 30 minutes on my local TT course on a standard road bike puts me last most week but that is pretty flat!

    Both going up a 60' degree gradient, with head on 100mph gale force winds. With a sail on my bike ;-)

    AA doesn't have altitude reading
