spa2 or spa4 pin tool spanner for eccentric bottom bracket.

quick bit of advice please
I am looking to service by eccenttric bottom bracket on my badboy08
I am trying to get the parks tools spa4 pin tool spanner but cannot seem to find one anywhere in the uk. there is a wealth of spa2 spanners though.
The spa4 is 4.9mm pins and the sp2 are 2.9mm pins... What i want to know is can i use the spa2 to move the eccentric bottom bracket round into position when tensioning the chian or will the pins be too small.
The spa4 seems to be a discontinued products yet the manual for the eccentric says this is the tool i need.
