    it's a [url=your link[/url]or E-bay Carbon frame 8)

Sexeh looking frames, only wonder how strong are they? Would be scared to ride them hard though ... but for Carpark bling they will do well.
    What could have been (Video)

I'll choose not put too much stake into someone's opinion who is admittingly terrible though

They look a bit like the Exotic Frames So could be a generic carbon frames made in a factory?

I'd be a bit weary spending that much money on an unknown frame from a unknown manufacturer though.

    I had one of these.

It was great, intended to build it as a winter bike, ended up being pretty bling, weighed 19.7lbs. Frame was very slightly below claimed weight (1240g), nicely finished, and rode really nicely. I did end up selling it as I got my race bike for the season and it became a bit redundant, so I can't comment on longevity, but plenty of people on Weight Weenies use and rave about them.

My only criticism would be the geometry, they have short top tubes.

    Looked like this built up:

So in reality, these frames look to be pretty well thought of it would appear.

what length fork are they designed for?
  • i had one of the older designed ones, was a great frame, took a lot of abuse from a heavy rider, only dies when one of the alloy dropouts on the seat/chainstays collapsed after launching myself of a little jump and landing heavily!! fair to say not what it was designed for!!
i'd certainly have another, build up a light bike, stiff, direct and a lot of fun!!
    Timmo.

Ive just asked several of the Ebay sellers this very question.
I currently have a 425mm long rigid carbon fork (equivalent to 80mm tavel suspension fork) on my Cinder Cone & I'd like to use the same forks.

    80-120mm

Just realised the one I linked to is the heavier one, there seem to be 2 styles, one for 1350g and one for 1250g.

My RC36's were 455mm long when set for 80mm travel, with me seated on the bike they were 425mm long, so be carefull with the lengths, you should use the length with rider on the bike.
