:wink: Hi all first post bought a claud butler 16" wheel from Evans cycles, have had lots of probs with them they have now agreed to a full refund, has anyone else had problems with there bad customer service.
Also could anyone reccomend a desent shop to buy from.

      I've not used Evans, but if you search the overall Forum you will likely find tales of Evans' customer service both good and bad... mostly good I think, but have a check.

      For kids bikes I have used Hargroves in the past, and they have been very helpful - both in Winchester (very good guys) and Chichester. The most recent kids bikes I got online from Islabikes, and they are also excellent... very thorough in making sure you have ordered correctly, fantastic bikes for kids, and good service.
