I need to send something for my car back to the online shop because it doesn't fit (even though it actually lists my car in the fitting list  ).
Now on their website it says full refund, but not postage, but i'm sure you guys always say you are entitled to your postage being refunded?
Can anyone point me in the right direction/advise me properly so I don't make a tit of myself?!
Taa,
Ben

The distance regulations say you can send things back - but if they have stated the postage then I am afraid there is nothing you can do. This does not count for faulty received goods.
Many don't state the postage, and when it is like that, you can claim it.0 -

If it doesn't fit your car and it should according to the retailer then the item is not a described nor is it fit for purpose so it is up to the retailer to replace with the correct item at their cost or to refund you for the item and postal costs, this is not the same as changing your mind. If they get arsey tell them to take it up their suppliers and involve trading standards (local council website should have their contact details) they are general waste of space but they will inform the retailer of the law.-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_

Why are MTB economics; spend twice as much as you intended, but only half as much as you wish you could afford? :roll:0 -
