This is the 2009 E-120 Team model which I was lucky enough to find ex-demo a few days ago. There are a couple of very minor scratches on the frame and the seatpost has obviously been adjusted a few times but there's no more damage than I would probably have done in a couple of months riding - and certainly not enough to not make it a bloody good bargain
Although it was advertised as standard, the front disc has been upgraded from a 160mm to a 180mm (what a shame), and I got some XTR SPDs thrown in even though I wasn't expecting any pedals with it. The V8s are on it until I get around to getting some lighter flats. The XTRs will either sit in the cupboard until I feel like trying SPDs again or end up on eBay.

Very nice indeed.
What flats are you thinking of? MG-1 or something a bit tastier?0 -
I was led to believe that the MG-1s were pretty much the dogs doodahs when it comes to light, grippy flats (I think there's also a Ti spindle option which saves another 100g or so...?) - is there something else I should be considering?0

I would recommend these:
As they are awesome, despite being a touch heavier than mg-1.0 -
wow, that's great.
what are they? :roll:0 -
Sadly, they're also more than a touch more expensive than MG-1s...

Why does it look like there is metal fillings around the mech hangar on the 2nd photoI assume this is French petrol - be careful in reverse - the car will retreat rapidly at the least provocation.0 -

Add to that a really bright day, a not very good camera, and me de-qualitying the pics to make them more page-loading friendly and I think that about covers it. No such mystery metal filings on the bike in the flesh :?0
