Annoying clicking when rear wheel rotates
And only when I'm sat on it
It looks free of anything that could cause the clanking/clicking.
Any ideas?
Its once every rotation btw

Strip, lube and reassemble, in this order:
Seatpost (use carbon assembly paste if the post or frame or both are carbon)
Bottom bracket
Pedals
Rear hub
It will most likely be one of those.0 -
My rear spokes sometimes behave like this (Campag Eurus) and just need oil at each joint to stop itBriceyinstockport0

My front wheel is 'ticking' - once per revolution - but that's both on and off the bike... looks like the disc rotor just catching. Off to youtube for some suggestions on what to do.Vitus Sentier VR+ (2018) GT Grade AL 105 (2016)

Does it do it when you're free-wheeling as well as pedalling?Ben

So it's not the pedals.
And likely not the seat post as that tends to click as it flexes with your pedalling legs/hips.
It could be spokes rubbing together.Ben
