Want to fit bigger disc rotor but which adapter and were can

Hi i have a marin point reyes 2009 bike front forks are: RFE Carbon it currently has 160mm rotors i want to go one size up.I dont know which mount i need or were to get it and is this an easy thing to do for a novice or is it a job for the bike shop.

What mounts does the fork have? IS or post?
And what about your discs?0 -
I dont know if there IS or POST how could i tell and the discs are what came with the bike.The brakes are avid juicy 30

You have an IS fork and PM caliper, with an adaptor for a 160mm rotor.
You need this if you want to run a 185mm rotor:

Very easy to do, all you need is a 5mm allen key, and whatever holds your rotors on.
SRAM will have setup instructions for the Avids.0 -

The mount doesnt come with any bolts can i use the bolts that are on the caliper or do i have to get extra bolts.0

Don't brake too aggressively with the bigger rotor, it might pull your wheel off.
