Pannier Help

With a looming move to a road bike in the next month or so, I'm thinking of adding a pannier rack to my folding bike - which LBS says is no problems.

My question is, I want a set of panniers that will take an object 400mm * 270 mm * 120 mm. All the panniers I have seen online are measured in litres rather than cm/mm - can anyone help?

Would like waterproof/ resistant if possible, but probably not at what Ortlieb charge (unless I can add them onto my CTW road bike package).

Cheers in advance

Rich

The Ortlieb Back Roller Classic has these dimensions:

    height: 42 cm
    upper width: 32 cm
    bottom width: 23 cm
    depth: 17 cm

They are well worth the price for durability and function. Spa Cycles usually have them reasonably cheap.

Alternative, Carradice Carradry also waterproof, slightly cheaper,

    32cm wide x 51cm high x 16cm deep
