Fixed frame with mudguard eyes & dual pivot brake compat

my fixed frame (an old steel track frame) is knaclered - stuck BB - and i'm looking for a new frame & forks

I want it to be able to take full guards (therefore have eyelets) and would prefer it to be dual pivot caliper compatable (on Frame & fork

The Planet X pompino comes half way there, but i'm not that keen on reverting to Cantilevers...

Any suggestions?
