I live about 20 minutes drive from Rivington and should go there more often. I see people keep talking about Rivington but exactly where do you guys (and girls) ride?
I don't know the area that well. I'm aware of the barn where the bikers meet on sundays and that's about it! Hopefully someone can advise of decent places to ride?

Your first port of call should be the Tourist Info office at the Great Barn they sell a cyclists pack of laminated maps showing the legal cycling routes costs about £2 I think.

In all my years of visiting Rivington, I'm not sure I ever rode round Healey Nab woods.
I might have to try that first route.0 -
