I'm back and I need to get out!

I haven't been online for a while, I moved house and I only got the 'tinternet' up and running yesterday (after 2 months!).
I haven't had any decent rides in ages and I need to get out!!!!!!!!
The group I used to go out with for rides have kinda desolved on me as I no longer work with them and since moving and changing jobs, I haven't been able to go out much.
I need to make a point of going out when I'm not up to anything (and the fact that my bottom muscle area isn't feeling as pert as it used to!!! :roll: ).
Anyone else in the same boat? Any suggestions?
