...you starfish into the back of a lorry thats suddenly braked at a green light.
One second I was safety checking over my shoulder then found myself twisting to avoid a lorry. Thanks to my helmet it was only a bruised arm, ego and bent shifter. I'd have certainly knocked myself out and split my head open without it! :!:
I did find time to laugh to myself and give a thumbs up to the drivers behind, somehow stayed on my feet.
Some more experience to add to the list...

Thanks! It needs to be laughed at, I'm lucky (Not Mark Webber lucky but lucky!), would have loved to seen what the driver behind me saw!
Don't think the lorry driver noticed either, like a fly hitting a windshield!0
