okay been cyclng 4 2 months and feeling much better within myself and lost a bit of weight however last 2 weeks absolutely craving sweet substances any tips for aviodance
Your body craves what it needs.
Sometimes it can be better to have a small indulgence and get it over and done with than drag it out and then the craving gets worse.
Do a big ride then have a muesli bar (really sweet sugary one), that way you dont feel as guilty and you feed your craving.

I usually a physical wreck at the end of summer, and I'm starting to think it's because I'm just not taking enough sugar in.

Natural yoghurt, some nice ripe summer berries and a nice big spoon full of honey.

Why would I care about 150g of bike weight, I just ate 400g of cookies while reading this?
Try a big bag of rasins and mixed nuts from Tesco or somthing like that. Is far more filling than a choc bar and it provides slow release energy!!
