Identifying record 9 speed cassette and chain

Hi;
I have a couple of new old stock components I want to put on ebay which I believe are record, I certainly remember buying them as being record. They are a 9 speed cassette (no lock ring) and a C9 chain, Are there any identifing marks to say which groupset they are from. Don't want anyone coming back to me claiming they arn't record!
