That's very nice. You must be chuffed.

    How does it ride?

Super comfy - very responsive, and fast.
No fatigue after a few hours in the saddle, and a big grin on my face whilst in it.

It is a superb all rounder, and it is as stiff and fast as I have ever tried. Positively flies when you stamp on the cranks. At speed, it is like riding on rails. I don't think I could have spec'd it much better - the red is lovely.

Sorry about the pics, just can't be bothered to set it all up and do some hi res!

    Very nice bike.

The graphics on the rear wheel are larger than on the front. Are all Eastons like that, or did you buy them separately?

    good spot!

no idea... they came boxed after being taken off a new bike and never used. I will investigate!

EDIT- google reveals this is normal. Designed that way... Clear in plenty of pics.

Gore professional... they just keep the end caps from catching on things and scratching.
My cycle mate swore at me for using them when we fitted the cables - telling me everyone would laugh. Conversley - most people like 'em. I'm sure I'll lose them soon.
They come in the Gore cable sets.

Weight weenies may shudder at the gratuitous orange plastic, but I think I can indulge in this instance, as the bike is as close to as light as I can make it. The wheels are under 1400g and I have some PX ti skewers to fit....

Think you'll find the rear rim is deeper - hence more space and bigger graphics :)

not me - not in spez kit.

More likely to see me in Nottingham itself, or east of it.

As for the the new poster and your bike photos, start your own thread and make some effort.
