    Two lovely bikes! and tbh, mountain biking is practicality over appearence. I mean its great if your bike looks good too, but i would rather have better gear over better looks. It just so happens that manufacturers usuaally make the best gear look the best too :D

    Exactly. It's just that my FR bike was built from the ground up using hand picked components whereas my new bike was built in a shop by Mr Trek...

    Santa Cruz over the Trek every day - custom lovely and just a better looking bike - don't know about the ride but I know what my eyes and heart tell me!
