Schleck The Neck - how do they do that?

Watching the Tour of Switzerland I couldn't help marveling at Andy Schleck, his speedy riding, and in particular the way in which he almost seems to be looking backwards to see where his big bro' is more that he's looking forward. In addition to this his manner of backward gazing is something to behold. His neck seems to swivel almost owl-like so that he's riding forward but looking directly behind. I tried it myself on the clubrun and almost took the whole peloton out. How does he do that? :lol:
