2008 Saracen Mantra 1: is it worth £180 to buy?

    If in good condition and it fits, yes.

    Is a heavy bike though.

    I've got a 2009 Mantra 3. Found it an excellent bike that has never let me down. Always good to earn some kudos points passing people on more expensive bikes.

    Is this new bike, if so great find if not then not the best value seen cheaper on ebay. My mantra vx is good and people do get surprised to see they actually are proper off road bikes, though mine is very much the mantra 3 spec. I'm selling mine anyway got a full susser on order for them longer rides in wales where hardtails just kill you :lol:
