Just make sure you're off the road by the time the match finishes. If it's anything like the last match the roads will be full of terrible drivers at that point, no doubt drunk.

I'll give it a go depending on how I feel after my L2B the day before. Cycle challenge needs the miles....... 8)

I'm thinking of cycling out to Barley for the British National Road Race Championships. It's only 30 miles away. Men's race is scheduled from about 12:30-5pm or so (I won't get up early enough for the women's race).

Well, I'll try. Not sure I've got the range from Sussex, though.

Two people unfortunately died on Friday at Glastonbury.

11 others died on a football pitch in S.Africa today.

12 if you count the coach. Sorry, ex-coach...

I went out the first game and the roads were great, went out for long ride this morning and heat got to me otherwise would have gone back out when game was on

can now start to enjoy the football now england are out, ive been supporting spain all the way through because they play football as a TEAM and last i checked football is a team game not a game for overpaid selfish children

I love football and have season ticket at Villa, but not when it comes to England. Capello needed an interpritter (sp) for the interview after the game, how the hell is he meant to get the players geed up

I see it as the least bad team won.

England were f*cking awful and we deserved nothing. That "goal" didn't change anything

+1. Once I heard that, I thought, "Name. On. The trophy".
    FCN 2-4.

    "It stays down, Daddy."
    "Exactly."
