Out of saddle chain rattle

I'm getting a bit of a rattle on the chain/rings, as if the gear hasn't quite engaged properly, but only when I'm pushing really hard and at 3-6 o'clock of the crank revolution (if you were looking at my RHS 
). Pedalling gently, all is fine.
Is there a front mech tweak to sort this, or is it that I need to spend £££ on an exciting new stiffer bike ;-) ?

my bike does it when out of the saddle on the front mech, its down to the frame flexing as you throw it about.
