Adjusting Veloce brakes

Hello, can anyone tell me how to adjust the gap between the bolcks and the rim on Campag Veloce calipers. I have a newish bike and i like to pull the levers only a slight way before the brakes start to bite.

See the little black round thing thats just above where the cable comes out ? Turn that clockwise and youll see thread coming out of it - bringing the blocks in closer to the rim.
