i'm having a problem with my pikes (see workshop forum) and i would love to be able to talk to someone from rockshox but i cannot seem to get a contact email or phone number for them. has anybody out there got said details in there little black book?

cheers for the email address wooliferkins! as for what's wrong with them,they're making a knocking noise at the begining of thier travel which only stops when the u-turn is wound all the way down and it's getting louder!

your first point of contact is the shop that provided them.

yeah i would have gone down that route if it had been in the first year but i had a problem with loss of exstension on the u-turn and they were less than helpful about it.
