Where can I buy a front derailleur cable pulley

I'm trying to fit a bottom pull front derailleur (Ultegra triple) to my mountain bike, and need one of those cyclo-cross style cable pulleys:

It'll need to have a 34.9mm clamp to go round the seat tube.

I can only find them for sale in the USA.

    I would contact billys.co.uk or any other shop that deals with Problemsolvers products

    as they do one.

    but it may be easier to order form the US.
