Large saddlebag and barbag

Hi,

What are the largest saddlebags and barbags on the market?

I know carradice do the super c saddlebag which holds 23l. Are there any larger?

Do I need an adapter to fit it to the seatpost or does it tie straight on? Is there a limit my seat rack can hold?
