I live quite near Oakhill Park too but I certainly wouldn`t join in a ride with any of you fellas on here, the old lady with the basket rides quicker than me and I can barely make it up Highgate Hill even with gears!!

Next to the health centre on East Barnet road opposite the Tesco garage. I`ve got a Boardman hybrid that doesn`t get used anywhere near enough

What sort of time are you there? I go down from the bottom of the hill into the city at 6 in the morning, and then leave the city at 5ish for my journey back...

On a Flight T1, (grey quick hybrid), so if you see me, say hello.

usually leave the office at finchley central between 6 - 6.30pm and am coming down from New Barnet at around 7.30 - 7.45 so probably miss you both ways - I'm on a Silver Dahon Espresso at the moment.

Hmm, I am sometimes around at that time on the way home (if it has been a bad day :-) )so I'll keep an eye open.

There is a guy on a dark red mountain bike who I see occasionally, often pretty quick
Another high vis guy on a different hybrid who I see occasionally
Another one I see on a red and white specialised every now and then.

There is also a guy coming Northbound who I see goign through East Finchley most mornings, we always wave :-)

because my commute is short and im fast over that distance i see the wednesday morning club run people going out into herts for their 60miles.

i saw a guy at lunch on a cervelo (think it was an R3) with some very nice wheels, and some tubular tyres going out into hertfordshire from finchley central.

    was so jealous :(

When I was coming in through Oakleigh Park station there was a guy on the same train who'd use a Brompton to the Police station and I could never catch him

Technically we're the same FCN, but in my heart I know we're not really. So I switched to New Barnet to get the extra miles and avoid the shame.
