I'm looking at getting this wheel with an M775 XT hub. The question is - will I need an adapter for my break disk? (I could not really find a mention of it coming with one)
The disk is this: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=34829
I've taken a quick lok at the adapter prices and they seem around the same price as a Deore rotor - could I just get that? I have BB5s.
Thanks for any help!

You need to buy the adaptor.
The tool is the same as a cassette lockring tool.0 -

What about getting that Deore rotor instead? Will it be alright for the BB5s? It just looks a bit thin as far as braking surface goes...0 -
Disc rotors are usually the same ish so you could be fine but without trying it out you won't know for sure. If your current rotor is fine then just buy an adaptor they are about £10 from Superstar.0

I have not got any beef with my current rotor really, but I've ordered the Deore disk anyway as a quick look on Google showed CL adapter for about £15-£20. I though I may as well get a rotor. The only concern is that is looks narrow, but I think that could be due to a 203mm or some big version like t hat being in the picture without saying what size it is.0
