Cancellera leads with DZ in second place so far.

Roads a bit wet.

Everyone on the road now. We'll know who won the GC in 30 minutes.

    Still Chinny ahead of Z.

Tony Martin shoots a traveller... I mean, takes the best time!

11th best time for Armstrong. Which is slower than Levi and Klodi.

Blimey, still good enough to take him up to 2nd on GC. F. Schleck takes the overall. Gesink lost loads of time there.

Aye. But when Frank finishes so close to the time Lance did it does tell you his TT'ing ain't what it used to be.

But all credit, a very good ride overall.

What a turn up that I doubt any of us saw coming.

I remember being at Lugano when Ullrich pinched it by 1 second.

The next couple of weeks the media are going to wet themselves with Hype. (eerm a bit like the football WC).
So I hope we see a better TDF than that Group Sportif last year. (I mean I hope there is a race this year)

I'm sorry, Frank Schleck wins a race in the final TT? Has the world gone mad? Well done to him though!

Is it just me or does everyone just assume Gesink can TT? He's awful

Just shows how mediocre the rest were, although Armstrong fans will find consolation in his overall second.
Even though it was another, less than stellar TT by the ex-master.

Wasn't live on tv, show I've just watched the "as live" coverage.
    Not pretty.

Well I guess congatulations are in order for that Martin. Looks like Fabu was off form this TdS - quite a difference from previous performances in this race.

I would have preferred that Gesink held on and am surprised that Gesink is soooo far behind. Andy TTs better than Frank so am surprised too to see that difference although I guess Andy didn't have much to try for. Kreuziger is a bit far back as is LLS.

Not a great TdS really apart from stunning shots and Gesink's great move.

Cyclingnews have just done a fairly decent piece of Lance-centric reporting on the race which is here.
It contains one of my favourite quotes ever:
It was a hard TT, it was relentless. It gradually went up the whole way and there was no recovery, apart from the downhill.
    :lol::lol::lol:
The downhill of course was only just over half of the course!
(To be fair, he was prob actually saying that he needing to push hard on the downhill, so there was no respite & was prob interviewed just after he had finished. I still think it's funny but)
