new wheels/tyres for my hybrid

I have recently bought a Felt qxr65 for commuting to work (i'll also be taking part in a chairty bike ride from London to Cambridge).
I am loving the ride to/from work, although, being in London, the number of potholes I have to deal leads me to think I will need some new more robust wheels and some puncture resistant tyres.
i've been looking at various bits online and was wondering if anyone knew if it would be possible to fit bikehut element xsd3 wheel set to my felt frame combined with either bontranger race lite tyres or halo twin rail courier tyres. (i wanted to go with either those tyres as you can get them in different colours. Pure image and ego, but hey, I'd like the bike to turn a few heads at traffic lights before I zoom off! lol).

Quite possibly, but may need to check the hub width at the back. Hopefully both will be 135mm.0
