Loose feeling Eggbeaters.

Hello,
Just replaced my eggbeater cleats and found that there is still a fair amount of play as I pedal. I can feel the cleat still rattling around inside the pedal, do I need to replace the springs? They are 2Ti's and were fairly expensive so I don't want to bin them. Had a rebuild not so long ago, bearings and bushes are fresh.
Any help apreciated,
Tom.

Get Time Atacs. Got 3 pairs on the go and some Crank Quattros.
Best by far are the Atacs, for my 106 yr old knees.0 -
I had considered times, I use eggbeaters because of the amount of float offered. Was hoping not to get rid of the 'beaters (and not to shell out for heavier atacs) I do need to feel more connected to my bike though, acidental releases are happening too often.0
