Squelchy boxxer

Today i decided to give my 05 Boxxer race a clean and oil replace.
Currently theyre not built onto a bike yet, need the monies for next month.
They were bought the other month from a friend and they were pretty squeaky to say the least. So i dl'd the tech from Sram and done everything it said.
Now that everything has been torqued up, etc, they squelch after compression. Its as if there some trapped air or something.
Any help?

I assume it is. The fork feels smooth (and normal), its just this squelch after its compressed. quite irritating tbh.0 -
If they didnt squelch before, then it may be the case that you servicing them actually fixed them. Because as Superson said; they should squelch.Canyon Spectral AL 9.0 EX
