Does anyone know how to contact the person who posts on here as Michelle_Sco
I've tried emailing the only address I have, and I've left a PM but no reply.
Anyone able to prompt her to reply to me on proto929@btinternet.com
Thanks

No, not all. I bought some wheels from her and they've failed to arrive. Not only that she's not replying to emails.
There might be a perfectly good reason for this, but I am getting anxious.
The wheels were for my daughter to use on a charity end to end ride starting on Monday. Looking like a bit of a hopeless situation now.0 -
Firstly, perhaps check with Nochekmate as he bought something off her last week and may have some info.
Secondly, as it's for a good cause I have a pair of Campag Scirocco wheels sitting in my garage you are more than welcome to borrow, if compatable. I live about 35 miles from you, if you wish to collect them."There's a shortage of perfect breasts in this world, t'would be a pity to damage yours."0 -
Aggieboy, very kind offer but I need a Shimano wheel, many thanks. I have an option of borrowing a pair, or I might even go and see if my LBS has something.0

Yes I supposedly bought a DA rear mech - nothing has arrived and the seller is not responding to email contact or PMs.
Clearly we are both hoping that somebody can give us a lead on this person.0 -
Did you buy from her using Paypal? Is there any way you can get them involved?
It's a shame that a couple of bad experiences leaves a bad feeling for everybody else.0 -
Yes I did use Paypal but used the 'gift' option (which was at my suggestion I might add, so that the seller did not lose commission). As a result, I do not think that I will have any recourse through Paypal.
I know that some will argue that I have myself to blame for paying by 'gift', but I like to receive 'gift' payments myself as I don't like Paypal getting a cut of any sales that I make! In asking for 'gift' payments for my goods, I don't then seek to rip people off by not forwarding the goods.
I'm hoping that a bit of Forum peer pressure may resolve the situation for myself (and others it seems).
It is sad when these things happen and that trust is lost (especially for the sake of £60).
There may be a simple explanation for it - I don't mind as long as I'm informed.0
